Return Policy

3.1 Return Eligibility

You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if:

  • It is damaged or defective upon arrival
  • You received the wrong item
  • It does not match the description on our website

3.2 Conditions for Returns

Returns must:

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
  • Be in resalable condition (unless defective)
  • Include proof of purchase

3.3 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used products (unless defective)
  • Clearance or promotional items marked ‘non-returnable’
  • Services already rendered (e.g., installations, repairs)

3.4 Return Process

  1. Contact customer care or fill out the online return form
  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  3. Return the product via courier or drop at a service center

3.5 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection
  • Refunds are made via original payment method
  • Delivery and handling fees are non-refundable unless item was faulty

3.6 Exchanges

Where applicable, customers may opt to exchange the product instead of a refund.
