Zubedi Electronics Co. offers repair services for products sold through our official website, authorized outlets, or official distributors. Repair services apply to in-warranty and out-of-warranty products.
1.2 Requesting a Repair
Customers may request repair services by:
- Visiting our authorized service centers
- Calling our customer care hotline
- Filling out the online repair request form on our website
You will be required to provide proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or warranty card).
1.3 Warranty Repairs
Warranty repairs are provided at no cost provided the fault is covered by warranty terms and is not due to misuse, unauthorized modification, accidental damage, or liquid ingress. Warranty period is stated in your product manual or purchase invoice.
1.4 Non-Warranty Repairs
For products outside warranty coverage:
- An assessment fee may apply
- A cost estimate will be provided
- Repairs proceed only after customer approval
1.5 Turnaround Time
Repair timelines depend on the issue complexity and parts availability. While we aim to repair most products within 7–14 working days, delays may occur and will be communicated.
1.6 Replacement Parts
Zubedi Electronics Co. uses genuine parts. In cases where parts are discontinued or unavailable, customers may opt for refurbished parts or choose to return the unrepaired product.
1.7 Liability & Disclaimer
Zubedi is not responsible for:
- Loss of data during repairs
- Damages caused by third-party service providers
- Consequential or incidental damages
1.8 Collection & Delivery
Pickup and drop-off services are available at a nominal fee. Uncollected items after 60 days of notification may be disposed of.
